MEP SERVICE SCOPE
BUILDING REFUSAL SYSTEMS
We design and carry out all works related to the Garbage Chute System. This includes the installation of the garbage chute, both the mechanical and electrical systems, as well as providing annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for ongoing support and upkeep.
LIGHTNING PROTECTION SYSTEMS
Our expertise includes the installation of lightning arrestors according to industry standards, such as ESE type and copper rod type. Additionally, we provide annual maintenance contracts (AMC) to ensure the ongoing functionality and effectiveness of the lightning protection system.
SWIMMING POOL SYSTEMS
We design swimming pool system, supply of swimming pool equipment, mechanical and electrical installation services, and routine maintenance services. As a contractor, we have successfully completed over 100 swimming pool projects in the Maldives since 2007.
