Contractor, developer, real estate

We began in 2000 in the finishing trades and now build resorts, residences, commercial buildings and marine works across the Maldives, with 120+ projects completed. We own the plant and vessels that get materials and equipment to the island, and Rainbow Group can supply materials when a project needs it.

Seven areas of expertise, one team.

Building construction, resort construction, real estate development, MEP, project management, sea transport and heavy machinery — one team from the first meeting to post-project support, so we solve a delay rather than pass it between contracts.

Tell us what has to be built. We’ll tell you how.

Every project starts with an initial meeting to understand the requirement in detail — the island, the scope, the programme. Send it through and you will get a straight answer from the people who will run the job.
